A Little About Me

I am passionate about natural wellness and the power of the mushroom!

In addition to my devotion and advocacy for mushrooms, I am also a massage therapist, Craniosacral Therapist, and yoga teacher with extensive training in trauma recovery.

I earned my master's degree in Public Health from Eastern Michigan University, an experience that fostered my love for community activism and fungi research.

I truly believe that mushrooms can save the world - and not just the planet, but also our bodies (think immune system), minds (cognitive function), AND souls (somatic healing)!

As the founder of Magic Moon Mushrooms, I combined my extensive knowledge of mushrooms with my passion for holistic, whole-body health, to create high quality mushroom supplements for others to enjoy.

 

Mushrooms Have Always Fascinated Me

They are such unique organisms, with incredible healing properties that have been used in traditional medicine for centuries. Throughout my studies, I delved deep into the world of mushrooms, researching their medicinal benefits and exploring their potential for improving overall wellness.

I was amazed by the vast array of benefits that mushrooms offered, ranging from regulating hormones and improving emotional health to stimulating neuroplasticity and enhancing the respiratory system.

The more I learned, the more convinced I became that mushrooms held the key to unlocking our body's innate healing potential.

 

 

Founded Magic Moon Mushrooms

With this newfound knowledge and passion, I founded Magic Moon Mushrooms. My goal was to create high quality mushroom supplements that would allow others to experience the incredible benefits of mushrooms, just as I did when I began taking them back in 2013.

I carefully source the finest mushrooms, formulate each recipe we offer, and oversee every capsule made right here in Michigan.

Our mushroom supplements are made in small batches with only 100% natural fruiting mushroom body (no fillers) and vegan capsules. They provide the same nourishment and vitality as fungi foraged in nature, just like I intended.
